Darin Gerdes - Owner/Founder
With more than 24 years in the construction industry, I bring extensive experience in insurance restoration management and over a decade of completing award-winning home remodels in the Willamette Valley. Now based in Central Oregon, I’m proud to serve homeowners across Bend, Redmond, Sisters, and beyond through custom construction, home remodeling, and restoration projects.

My passion comes from building long-lasting relationships with clients, trade partners, and the local community, delivering quality craftsmanship and honest communication on every project. Living in Central Oregon has always been a dream of mine, thanks to its incredible outdoor lifestyle. When I’m not on a job site, you’ll find me camping with my family or snowmobiling in the Cascades, soaking in everything this region has to offer.
Bronwyn Mason - Project Manager
As a Bend, Oregon native, I’ve had the unique opportunity to watch Central Oregon’s construction industry grow and evolve over the years. My love for this community and its people drives me to help keep it thriving through my work in construction accounting and business management.

I’m a graduate of Eastern Oregon University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and bring over 10 years of experience in construction accounting and project finance. I’m proud to support Cascade Lakes Design’s custom construction, home remodeling, and barndominium projects across Bend, Redmond, and all of Central Oregon by ensuring every project runs smoothly from budgeting to completion.

When I’m not working, my family and I enjoy spending time outdoors, from kayaking at Suttle Lake to skiing at Hoodoo and taking in all that Redmond and Central Oregon have to offer.
